Beryllium Bronze Tubes and Pipes

A No Tin bronze with beryllium as the main alloy component. It contains 1.7-2.5% beryllium and a small amount of nickel, chromium, titanium and other elements. After quenching and aging treatment, the strength limit can reach 1250-1500MPa, which is close to the level of medium-strength steel. In the quenched state, it has good plasticity and can be processed into various semi-finished products. Beryllium bronze has high hardness, elastic limit, fatigue limit and wear resistance. It also has good corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. It does not produce sparks when impacted. It is widely used as important elastic components and wear-resistant parts. And explosion-proof tools, etc.

Widely used high-strength processed beryllium bronze, the highest tensile strength can exceed 1400MPa, and the hardness is about Rockwell hardness HRC45, which is the highest among commercial copper-based alloy processing materials

For aerospace navigation instruments, non-sparking tools

It has good thermoformability, can be hot-extruded, hot-rolled and forged, and has superplasticity at 530-550℃
