 AZ31B magnesium alloy is a wrought magnesium alloy with good mechanical properties and is mainly used for automobile parts, machine parts and communication equipment. At present, AZ31B magnesium alloy is also widely used in automobiles. Such as clutch housing, valve cover, gearbox cylinder head, air conditioner housing, etc. Steering wheel, steering bracket, brake bracket, etc. In order to improve shock absorption and light weight after the car is impacted, magnesium alloy is used on the steering wheel and seat. According to relevant research, 60% of the fuel used by a car is consumed by the car's own weight. For every 10% reduction in the car's own weight, its fuel efficiency can be increased by more than 5%; for every 100 kg reduction in the car's own weight, the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers can be reduced by about 0.7 L.
